Are the three brakes for a Mills mech the same for a Watling Roll-A-Top and a Jennings Club Chief?

SHORT ANSWER IS NO THEY ARE NOT THE SAME AS MILLS BUT THEY WILL WORK BUT MAY NEED A BIT OF MODIFYING.
