I’m down to the last parts in disassembly and need some help. How do I remove rusted screws? I’ve tried penetrating oil and everything else I can think of to no avail. The heads in some cases are just too weak to not break. See circled parts in the photo.

On that same note, where can I purchase identical replacement screws? They don’t appear to be the same offered at my local hardware store and I’d like to replace with matching screws if possible.

Finally, the last finger assembly circled in the photo is very rusted but It still operates to my knowledge. Does it come apart to clean or do I need to replace it somehow? Any advice is appreciated.

If worst comes to worst, you may have to drill and retap the screw holes but some further methods to try are some heat from a propane or mapp gas torch to try to free the rust hold. Soaking with liquid wrench type products for several days is a start. If you can't find the screws at your local hardware store you should try to find a more inclusive hardware store with bigger selections or find online. Also an impact driver which has adjustable settings might work. Milwaukee has a "surge" setting which is awesome in function. Good luck.

I use Kroil penetrant oil and then use a vise grip and clamp down on the screw nice and easy, works every time.

I may have those screws in my Little Duke parts stash. If I have them I would suggest heat, and, as mentioned, bolt loosener. I will let you know on Monday if I have anything.

Thanks. I am missing a few parts to the simple jackpot and an original door lock as well if you run across anything in that area as well.

Patience is key, everything will eventually come apart, a good quality set of screw drivers is important, if penetrating oil is not working than heat will, I would recomend getting a butane torch not a propane on mmap gas, the parts that need to be heated are small and a butane torch is more than adequate, too much heat can damage old part, dont heat too much all at once let the heat sock in to the parts a little at a time and the screws will come out, just do not heat any of the springs or they will be junk instantly.
