This is the correct shade of Orange & Dark Blue for the Mills "Futurity".
I have seen some repainted in too dark of an Orange, and even Black in place of the Blue.
The vender is also the correct combination, in case yours is equipt.

Another picture of a fully original Futurity. Bill's comments quite true. Flip

Bill, is the top casting the same shade of orange or is it a little darker?

Same shade of Orange on all castings. That's just the iffy pix, that makes it look that way.

Yes, I would say a Royal Blue. But the Blue on flippers pix is closer to the correct shade.

It is hard sometimes to show exact colors via a photo, depending on the lighting on the subject.
When I used to do my so-called professional photography sessions, when I was shooting layouts
for a magazine or book, I used special backdrops, lighting, filters, reflectors, umbrellas, strobes,
etc., and that was when I was shooting 4x5's & 35mm prints. Since the new age of mostly digital,
everything is more 'jiffy-quicky'. With my digital pics now, I only take more time to shoot a subject
with a special backdrop, if it is for my personal collection files, or for a magazine, etc., as I do not
like photos with a bunch of garbage in the background.
