Adhesive for Watling Slot glass

Any recommendations on an adhesive for Watling jackpot and front glass? Perhaps a product that is not so permanent that a future collector could actually get the glass out of the machine if damage occurred! (Unlike the concrete-like product that Watling used in the 1930's) Thanks, Robert
