Sega Bonus Star-Where the heck does this screw go?

Hello,

A friend of mine who was just getting into slot collecting unexpectedly passed away. I had gotten the mech put back together a few months earlier on a Bonus Star machine and he wanted to do the cosmetic work. He had disassembled the cabinet to repaint the front which I put back together but his family gave me a bag of screws, which some didn't seem to belong to this project. I dont believe he touched the mech. It cycled fine and looked complete. One screw that looks like it would belong to a slot I cant seem to find a home for is pictured below. Anyone with Sega experience have an idea where it might belong? May not belong to this slot at all.
