Jennings Governor Payout Issues

But the first thing I need to determine is does this machine have the original English payout slides in it.
To complicate things I don't know what the original coinage of the machine was because somebody glued a medallion over that portion of the marquee...see photo. If (big if) these slides are original then I would guess that it was 10 pence as the machine is currently being used with US nickels and the 10 pence coin of a certain era is a close match diameter-wise.
The award card on this machine pays 3, 6 or 10 coins....see photo...not much variety there.
Does anybody have a Jennings Governor with this pay configuration? If so what denom is it and would you be willing to take a couple of good photos of the slide stack from the front and the side?
