I have a Sigma Games PT-4B slant top slot machine with a JCM DBV-45 bill validator. My problem is it will not accept newer bills. Is there anyway to make it accept new bills or what would be a suitable replacement?

Since your game is of the newer electronic type. I would suggest you post your request on New Life Games https://newlifegames.com/ as they deal more with that type. Since, Sigma is out of business and JCM does not support older validators with software updates your options will be pretty limited.
