watling blue seal double mint

i have a watlingblue seal double mint.it has two problem .the first one is it will cycles and all works but will not pay out. the second problem is where the mint are release.somebody put a straight rod through to hold the mint in place i have some of the old parts that came with the machine.what i'm looking for if somebody has or makes the mint release or a diagram to see i can make one.i can't get the picture to load but i have a gear with rabbit ears i have 1end knob. part of what looks like the mint would rest in broke .and some small pieces of rod
