Mystery slot

I don't own this... I get tetanus just looking at it! I found this picture on the web of a rusty slot mech... It looks like it's been in the bottom of the ocean for years... My question is who made it and how old is it?

Looks like a Jennings from the roller arm that pushes the vertical payout levers, missing a few other pieces too
