QT Mills Chevron - Tear Down of Front Lock

I was able to get into my father's QT Mills Chevron, finally (no keys, both locks inlocked position). Eventually will need to have the locks rekeyed. I was able to tear down the rear lock with Q6398 stamped on the rear. Anyone have this key?

How do I tear down the front lock? Does the front facing plate come off like on the rear lock?

The front lock does not need to be broken down and can be re-keyed as it stands. Mills made 100,000s keys so finding a match is usually futile.
