snapshot is from the Pace booklet I believe it is a marquee. Have you ever seen one of them?

The book calls it "Cabinet top-sign" and it originally sold for 60 cents.

This is the one on my Pace Bantam, they reproduce them, mine is on my all original un restored 1¢ Bantam, the snap shot you posted from the Pace booklet shows a Pace Comet F.O.K., I have never seen that marquee on a Comet but very possible that they were available on them.
