Stevie's candy slot 1930s?

Postby Karp » Thu Nov 05, 2026 5:53 pm

Hello all, i just picked up an old 1930 candy slot machine or would it be a vending? Anyways got excited and started teaking it down for cleaning to give to my wife on her birthday on Sunday. Just wanted to know if any one knew anything about this style or maybe who Stevie's candy was. Think it's a penny machine and might be missing a penny tray and gum dispenser.
Any info would be helpful, thanks. May a value?
V/r,
Karp

Karp,

What you have is a Groetchen Tool Pok-O-Reel trade stimulator. The "Stevie Candy" is just a homemade sign where the award card would go. It also looks like you are missing the upper marquee.

Yep you are correct I see the holes for the upper marquee. So im missing that the coin tray and gum dispenser. But it cleaned up okay and works. I also have the original payout behind the Stevie sign. Hopefully my wife will still like it as a penny machine. I only paid $200. Thanks to all.
