Mills Vest Pocket Slot jackpot?

The 70 reward card are very uncommon, I've finally found one, took me ages.

It's believed most of them were thrown away as the operator didn't want to pay 70.

The only other uncommon reward card is the mills cigarette vest pocket reward card( I've only seen 2-3 of them) I was lucky enough to get a cigarette vest pocket with a cigarette reward card.

Here's a shot of the square nut/bolt on the bottom of the door and a shot of the pin that's mounted on the front of the case. Hope this helps to anyone reading. I think the original poster is long gone.
