Can somebody tell me how i find the year of make or built year from my Jennings duchess?

About the best you can do is extrapolate from other serial numbers with known production dates.
You have a high serial for a Duchess; I'd estimate 1935.

Well my 1 cent Duchess has the 19087 serial # dont know the year.
