Take a look at this slot - no apparent markings....
Anyone knows who makes it?

1930’s Mills Extraordinary
Yours is a very nice model with the escalator, Jackpot present
The eagle badge on the front was later changed because it looked like a German swastika
I attach a photo of mine which on the hole is not as good as yours

I had posted that I paid $500 for it - it works and it doesn't look like it was ever restored... Did I overpay or do ok?

Hi
I bought it partially converted to take uk 1D pennies
When they converted it they removed the escalator thus the coin entry is on the opposite side to yours
The paint work and wood work was in poor condition - which I have restored - lots of woodworm.
There are many different colour variations, I I was tempted to polish the outer metal with coloured insets, but opted the easy way out, I may at some later date do this, but at present have too many machines to do up.
I would personally keep your machine as it is, nice and original this is what collectors want.
Over in the UK you would pay £500 -£800 + auction fees of upto 37%.
I intended just buying one machine, but once you get the bug and see the many different machines I havre 25 coin operated machines, sovereign changer, brass tills, and still collecting

pbourdon;
Your machine looks nice but it definitely is not the original paint job; it's been repainted.
Looks like the award card might indicate Gold Award, but the GA window has been painted over indicating it might have originally had a GA dispenser, but may have been removed.
The reserve (upper) JP window has been painted over; perhaps there is a problem there; make sure JP is complete and working.
If you bought it for $500, assuming it plays and pays correctly, it's a good deal even if not all original.
