Yes, the marquee is interesting. I think that it was an "in house" casino upgrade/add-on and not factory. The reel strips were modified for the marquee using the Mills owl decal (as seen below). It also has an electronic contact switch to active the tower light when a jackpot is hit. I have no idea where this machine may have come from but, maybe the insert is a clue.
