One wheel on my Mills 10 cent machine did not lock when was spinning. It just spins freely.
I do not see any broken pieces.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Wildman, I would repost you question in the repair section and provide more detail on which reel is spinning and a photo on the timing clock area which includes the timing reel lever position.
