Help with Western ToT

Fixing a Western ToT;
Not sure if it's missing a spring or has a spring rigged wrong;
also, not sure if timing bar (top rear of mech) is supposed to be flat or have a twist.

If anyone here has a ToT, it would really help if you could post a couple photos of the mechanism.
