Steeplechase was one of the most popular games of the early 1930s; it was made by Keeney, Exhibit Supply and others. There were a couple variations by simply changing the graphics, such as your Greyhound.
For advertising, search the trade publications about 1932 or so.
For restoration, where are you? There may be a member here close to you who can help.
Not that difficult and you might be capable yourself; the cabinet is wood work, the mechanism is simple if you're at all mechanically inclined, but the graphics may be the hardest part.
If you own the machines in your photos, they look good as is.
