Locks for a Jennings Slot machine

Hi,
Thunderfivefive on EBAY have a combo of two cycle handles for the Jennings and the Mills... Are these good? Or is a screwdriver better, please let me know.

I bought one of each, and Dave gave me a great price and I've been using them for over two years no issues and for me a lot better than the screwdriver.

That's good news to hear... I think I will get them in the near future... It would be nice to find an original cycle handles but from what I hear that's rarer than hen's teeth...

Hi Shortrackskater,
I think in the end I'm stuck having to modify something to make everything work correctly... Today the Jennings model B cabinet is completely apart, I had to soak all the wooden parts in bleach then just recently I carefully reglued all the wood, restained the wood and put new varnish on the base. So far so good... To my surprise the arm "handle" was broken in the inside so I chased down another one, it should come in the mail any day now. Once the cabinet is done, I hope when everything is straight, I will start on the mech, hopefully all the parts are there. I don't know at this point in the ballgame, I'm not sure how things are gonna turn out. So far so good I think... I hope...

Well I hope it all works out. I can't see my reply. I may have deleted it by mistake! I had posted, but thought I did in the wrong area, not realizing the subject just sort of drifted to the discussion on the handle. Oops!
