Looking for a change machine that gives nickels

I want a machine that gives nickels. I.e. put $1 in and 20 nickels come out. Does this exist? I only saw a machine that said quarter in and 5 nickels out, but it costs like $500.

There is a old arcade device called a Nickel Nudger
There is one on Ebay for 45 bucks. (Not mine)
It does not accept money but dispenses 5 nickels at a time
out two columns.
