Payout Problem

Hello,
I recently received a 1934 Mill Castle 5 cent slot machine as a gift. It had worked perfectly until a friend touched something when the back was open. I think he held onto the reels or touched the fan while it was operating. It may be coincidence but the machine does not payout anymore or pays out incorrectly, yet seems to be functioning alright otherwise. The machine appears to be in original condition which is fairly good, at least appearance wise. I have examined it for stuck coins and could not locate any. I have no idea if this is an easy problem to solve or not and would really appreciate some advice. I am not familiar with slot machines but have watched the videos on Youtube to gain a small knowledge of this model. Thank-you in advance. Just as a bit of background, we live in a small town in Ontario, Canada.

He could have lock the payout levers. There can be a jamed pay out slide or need of lubercation. I can repair your machine located in New Jersey.
