Sad news indeed; I only met Frank a couple of times, but he was always a big help and fair to deal with in my experience. Anyone at all interested in coinop either knew him or heard of him; he contributed a lot to the hobby and he will be missed.

So sorry to hear that Frank passed away, my deepest condolences to the family. I always enjoyed the slots I acquired from him, his straight-forwardness, and his willingness to share information. Last year at Chicago we had an interesting chat about stationary engineering, a profession my father and Frank shared some years back.
