cant be sure of the machine itself without a photo but I suspect its a standard machine but made espically for the 'New Pioneer Club ' casino which stood on freemont st Las Vegas. You can date the machine pretty well because the casino was only called the 'New' Pioneer between 1956 and 1967. It was bought by Golden Nugget in 84 and most of it (the hotel) was demolished in the early 1990's I believe part of it is now open as a gift shop and still retains the famous smoking cowboy sign which although made famous in the golden nugget days is in fact from the Pioneer club days. I satyed in the hotel in the mid 80's and it was unbelievably poor. The cheapest road side motel anywhere in the USA has bigger and better rooms than that hotel had. The strip had already killed the Freemont area for the most part and the hotel and casino were on there last legs. Perhaps I even played your high top.
