My Rol-A-Tor

I have a Rol-A-Tor fruit machine that was my Dad's. I used to play with it as a child and it has great sentimental value. However, I am about to move overseas and can't take it with me. I would like it to go to a good home where someone would appreciate it for what it is.

I have no idea how much to try to sell it for and I don't want to just give it away where it will be unappreciated. I have looked for a serial number but can't see one. The case has the following marks:

Pat. No. 1763241
Des. Pat. No. 94718 & 94719
May 1934

Any advice on how I should find a good home for my machine and how much I should ask for it would be appreciated.

I would suggest going to http://www.AntiqueSlotMachinePriceGuide.com to research values. You will see actual sale prices and not just get someones opinion. It will cost you a whopping $3.95 to get the prices though.

You can also list it for sale there (click on the I Want To Sell A Slot) link and it will take you to a form where you can fill out simple information. Once you do that serious dealers / collectors will be notified via email. There is no fee to list it for sale.

Just to let the other collectors know, your machine is mismatched. Your penny Rol-A-Tor should have a gum ball vender and not a mint vender on it. No manufacturer made a penny machine that gave away a roll of mints for a penny. Also the coin entry is much larger than a penny. A penny mechanism has been put in a nickel or quarter cabinet. An original denomination badge for a Rol-A-Tor will be impossible to find.
