Where to find machines.

Would like any advice on where to find antique slots other than E-Bay and auction houses. How about flee markets? I have searched the Internet until my pointer finger is numb...any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Forget flee markets. Very unlikely you will find anything decent.

Auctions, like VCA, are not bad but, like all auctions, show up a day ahead of time to check out the merchandise and if you don't know machines that well find someone that does.

Chicagoland slot show is a good place which has lots of machines (much fewer than years ago though). Chicagoland is a good place to meet dealers and other collectors.

Get to know as many people in hobby as you can.

Only a 6 or 7 hour drive for you. There are several motels once you exit I-88. Check out the show it's worth the overnight stay.

As mentioned above, Chicagoland is a great place to find machines. Also, I like to check craigslist periodically, every so often you might come across some good machines right nearby (or in the surrounding areas)
Anyway, Good Luck! :D
