My Jennings today Vender is not paying out

Can someone please help. I have a Jennings today Vender and it stop paying out when it lands on a payout. I have checked the tube but the coins are not stuck in anyway. I looked at the Jennings book but the machine is not covered there. Can anyone please help?

Not sure it's pertinent, but the only things that ever FU a payout on my (later model) Jennings are: 1) a stuck or unsprung vertical finger; or 2) lazy, gummed-up or unsprung coin slides. Never, ever, ever had any other problems.

Boring.

Make sure the mech processes thru its cycle correctly. Listen for the clicks. It can miss the stage where it lets the arms release the slides if out of adjustment. That is the last click you should hear. Also even just a coin laying on the slide area can stop is as well. Without being there.... it a start.
