What are the 2 levers on the right side behind the jackpot what do they Operate Thanks

These levers are for loading the machine and for check play:

To load the QT payout tube;
push yellow (lower) lever down and raise the red (upper) lever. Line up the red lever with blue painted line (so check pin disappears). Then drop coins or checks into tube until filled. Then place red lever back to original position.

For Check play;
press down the yellow lever and also press down the red lever leaving the two levers together. The QT will then send all coins directly to cash box while checks will go into Jackpot and payout tube.

Of course, the paint on your mechanism levers may be worn off and there should be no coins in the coinhead channel while moving levers.
