Daval Tri O Pack reel strips

I hope this is in the correct place...its my first post here
I am trying to finish mine and my sons Daval Tri o Pack trade stimulators, and need new reel strip for both of them...
People have mentioned a gentleman in California who offers these, but I don't know who it is...
If anyone knows and would share that information with me it would be helpful and much appreciated...
