Good afternoon all,

I am interested in generating some discussion about this uncommon slot that I ran across on eBay. It seems very neat with the 2 reels vs 3 reels. I enjoy learning from the years of knowledge you all have. Thanks for helping the newbie's like me learn.

I've owned a couple of these over the years and another machine which is very similar to this called the Midget. I probably won't own anymore of them because the verticle finger basket and the reel pay discs are pot metal. It's been years since I've owned any and possibly there are other pot metal parts also. Pot metal over the years usually shrinks but sometimes swells if around humidity and frequently cracks. With no way to successfully repair pot metal, this is a machine for a seasoned collector who knows what he is getting.

I would stay away from this particular machine, The seller as listed that the front lock is loose and that the reel strips are reproduction and don't line up properly,but what he did not mention is that the upper casting has been repaired and that the pot metal reel pay out discs have some breaks.
I Emailed the seller inquiring on condition of castings and mech and he replied me with this information but he has not updated the listing.
This might be the same Pony that was listed on Craigs List a wile back for $2900.00 but never sold, it had similar issues.
