That contraption at the front of your "Tit-Tat-Toe", appears to have been an operators made-up addition. None of the Daval Hump-Top models had a
reel brake device, like many of the other trade stimulators had. Several of these models came with or without a swivel-plate, therefore a lever that
would protrude out the bottom, would not work. I have never seen anything like this, in any of these models. That hole at the front-center, should
have an 8-32 thread, which is used for a small bracket another model. I did check 3 different machines in the shop, but none had anything there.
So, I wouldn't be too concerned about missing additional parts for that device. It's not factory.
