Need help troubleshooting War Eagle

My War Eagle does not payout on any of the winning combinations with the cherries. Any idea what to look for? I gotta warn warn you that I'm just an amateur when it comes to working on these.

The payout sides are most likely not releasing. Try a different spring or shorter spring on the first vertical payout lever. The first payout lever is the cherry payout. The vertical payout lever is the one that goes into the disc. Hope this helps

I agree with Oldslotman: the first thing I'd check are the vertical payout fingers closest to the rear of the machine. You may find a loose, missing or dangling spring, or it might just need a "nudge" to penetrate the hole in the payout wheel. Sometimes they're just ornery!

You guys are awesome! You nailed it with your diagnosis. All the springs on the levers were the same except for the first one. It was a different style, color and length. I have a temporary fix using a shorter and tighter spring until I get to the hardware store for the correct spring.
