I have been trying to get Dave Berten to respond to an email for over a week and also Jerry at tsparts4u and have not heard anything from either of them and there has been nothing in my junk folder. Any suggestions? Looking for an award card for a 1930 Caille Grand Prize and an original back door lock with key.

I've got an order from both of them very recently. Dave sometimes takes a bit doing it all by himself. Jerry is usually right on it.

Jerry called me late this afternoon on the phone number I sent in one of the emails to him. He uses AOL and said that he sent me two emails which didn't come through in an Outlook type of MSN program called "live.com". We talked about my needs and I gave him another email address I use and that came through perfectly well. Just need to get hold of Dave B. yet. Thanks guys for the help on this.

Dave Berten and his father Bernie before him have been my go to guys for many years, since the early days and as mentioned above he is handling the business by his self and one should consider there may or may not be personal issues going on as well and in today's "NORM" with everything going on in our world a little patience may be needed!
Also bear in mind most of our best contacts in this hobby, too many to mention, are older gentleman who have been around since the inception of our hobby, those who are still with us and have not gone to the big casino in the sky!
And us old farts sometimes unfortunately have a lot going on and are juggling like a circus clown with too many balls in the air!
So everyone Take Care and stay safe and Healthy out there!
