Daval Penny Pack Machine - Help needed..

Hi Guys...

I just took possesion of a Penny Pack Machine that has seen better days. It is currently not functioning and this is where I would appreciate some help.

I live in UK and these little girls are as rare as rocking horse poo over here.

I have taken a couple of photos. I would really appreciate a little help in establishing what if anything is missing from the machine. Who would sell repro parts and a general overview of how the machine works in layman's terms. I know my springs are useless etc. But how do all the mechancis come together. Locking wheels etc. This would really help me trouble shoot any problems....
