Mills Dice

Well the Dice machine finally made it to the living room, my 11yr old and his Grandfather built a custom wood stand for it, looks wonderful, they actually placed adjustable runners on the top of the stand that fit inside the runners under the Dice cabinet so the machine can not move at all side to side.

I have one lingering problem with the machine and I'm hopeful somebody has a suggestion.

When pulling the handle to play the machine, it feels like I need just a hair more travel on the handle for the machine to release. Right now the last inch or two of travel I need to give the handle a really good swift tug for the machine to cycle. I have gone as far as rotating the handle collar as far as the existing screw holes would allow (really not much), I have even tried removing the rubber stop for the handle but again it will not release without a sharp pull at the end of the handle throw.


Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
