Slot Machine Book

I was wondering if someone could tell me anything about a book titled "Owners Pictorial Guide for the Care and Understanding of the Mills Bell Slot Machine" by Mead and Geddes. I have a 1947 Mills Hightop and was hoping if someone may be able to tell me what this book covers, etc. and if it would be a usefull refrence guide for my machine?

Also there are a couple of copies of this book selling on Amazon for about $40, would this a good amount to spend on this book?

If you have info on this book or any others that may help me with my machine it would really be appreciated. Thanks

This book is great to have shows manny photos of the hightop meck and how it works. A must if you need to repair or adjust your mills slot. It has 200 pages The best on the market that I know of. The $40.00 tag is the list price on this book.

That is a good price. That book has been out of print for years and I have seen it go for over $100 on eBay.
