Can any one confirm this tavern is an original not a remake item #281089566058, it's not from the usual vegas guy

altort.........This is most definitely an all-original "Tavern", and in really nice shape, with the exception of the 'stated' missing back door.
Someone has done some touchup painting at one time, and has also painted a couple of areas with the wrong color. Not sure why anyone
would spray orange paint inside the gumball compartment, but that can be easily removed. The seller also states that they don't know if
the gum is supposed to come out, and after looking at the inside pix, it appears that a pink gumball is jammed at the end of the delivery
chute, against the front casting. Another easy fix. This machine is not listed in the correct category, and the Vegas-Butcher is not bidding
as yet. But rest assured, if he locates it, which he may, now that the item number has been revealed, he will have his nose in there, hoping
to snag it cheap, and screw it up like all the others he has had his hands on, with one of his Carnivalized glossy paint schemes. Hopefully
the reserve is high enough to deter him bidding too high. Good luck if you go after it. Bill

P.S. Several years ago, there were not a whole lot of Original "Taverns" in collections. Now there are close to a hundred or more PHONEYS,
that the Vegas-Butcher has transformed other models into. At one Chicagoland show, a few years ago, he had six phoney Taverns in his booth,
with prices from $850 to $950. Some of you may have noticed one of his past Bastardized Groetchen "Ball Gum" machines, with the recast, and
cut-down Pace jackpot, that he snookered someone with, being offered now, by that buyer, who probably found out what he had bought,
and is now trying to off-load it on someone else. It has one bid, and it will sell, but hopefully the new owner will put it back to the correct
form it was originally.

Shortly before the Chicago show, This machine was for sale locally in the Chicago area for $325.
Don't know if the seller was influenced by the show or even went to it, but he changed his mind and decided to list on Fleabay,
but I would guess the reserve is in the $325 range; he may have gone higher to cover his fees.
