i guess it it is not wise to try to educate these people about their fake machines on ebay.
read the following... then make your own decision:

Dear demon_arcade,

this machine is not made in the 60's.
they were done in the 90's.
they were not done by mills.
they are total reproductions, most likely made by royal bell of colorado.
please amend your ad, and, put the info in the actual ad, instead of just hiding it at the top where nobody reads.
do the right thing.
for motre info on this machine, visit the website coinopcollectorforum
it is all about slots, real, and repro.
there is a wealth of valuable info.
check it out.
you won't be disappointed.

his reply:

Dear midcoastvintage,

Your advice would have been well received should it had a more friendly tone. I'm going to make a minor "amendment" yet not because of your threat but because I (like many on eBay) was not an expert of antique slot machines. That being said, as I have an incredible amount of resources at hand after practicing law for the last 25 years will be taking a special interest in your endeavors. I cyber bullying very seriously. Good Day sir

my reply:

HI,
there is no bullying, it is just that we collectors of antique legit antique machines are tired of repro's destroying the integrity of the hobby.
many "would be " future collectors get turned off once they found they have purchased a reproduction.
i have re-read my email to you, and, there is no bullying, or rudeness. just straight forwardness and fact.
as you state you are well versed in law, then, you obviously have the intelligence to realize that a reproduction machine is NOT an antique, and therefor ILLEGAL in many states, depending on the age limit allowed in their particular version of the law.
again, there is no cyber bullying as you state, and, if you have the time to devote to monitoring my endeavors, that is fine. probably not to productive, but, whatever.
i think your statement that you are going to monitor my endeavors comes MUCH closer to cyber bullying than anything i said.
i was merely trying to inform you with the facts on you machine.
be well my friend.
