For the record: I can cover both of these bets. If I lose (auction doesn't close over $3000) I'm out fifteen Keeneys, five to you and ten to the other guy.

I walked away from the computer after last post; it's already over $3k with 20 minutes to go. I really had no doubt that it would break 3K; just having some fun; but I can send you some Buckley tokens no problem (I think they are Buckley; 5 cent size with a big "B".

Note that the winning bidder put in a second, higher bid this afternoon that wasn't needed in the end. That means he was prepared to go higher. Only he knows what his upper limit was, but it was more than the final price.
