Fake machine on ebay?

Check out item 400200269621.
I don't claim to be an expert, but this appears to me to be a fake that someone put together.
Based upon;
mismatched wood and trim;
mismatched metal on front;
the mech looks like part taken from old clock, not like you would expect to find;
bell doesn't have patina of machine.
What do you experts think?

Look at page 189 For Amusement Only by Thomas Gustwiller or the below links. The movement from the Eclipse may have been removed and put into the case of the U.S. Novelty machine.

Yes; very interesting.
It appears that the case on the ebay machine is close to the Novelty, but;
the top and base look amazingly free from dings/gouges for its age;
the base and top do not match the wood body;
the bead trim on front is farther in from the sides than on the Novelty.

The ebay machine does not have a coin viewing window on front and the bezel around the dial does not seem to match either the Eclipse or Novelty.

There is evidence the ebay machine had an award card, but it appears to have been smaller and positioned higher than on the Eclipse or Novelty.

This is a "Deluxe" where did that come from?

It has the Eclipse coin slot and dial. Can't tell if the arrows match.
I've never seem an Eclipse mechanism; so I have no idea if the mech is right; find it interesting that they may have borrowed a clockwork mech for this machine.

At any rate, can't help but feel this machine is not original.
