State-to-State

eBay item number:400660669473

Hey almost forgot, I need this ebay disclaimer:

" Due to laws regulating the sale of antique slot machines, I, as the seller, will not sell to members in the states of Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Bids from members residing in any of these states will be cancelled. Buy It Now transactions with buyers residing in these states will be considered void."

Fair enough... except... what if the seller resides within, and is vending the merchandise (or, as some might impolitely call it, "contraband") from within one of the excluded states--? Is this allowed under some weird loophole?

Help me, Jim!

I live in one of those forbidden states, Nebraska, and for the most part I am not allowed to even place a bid on anything listed under SLOT MACHINE even if it doesn't have the disclaimer. Can't even buy a book or decal or parts. I can bid on some items if they are listed under replacement parts, but if it is listed under Anitque Slot Machine or something like that it is a NO NO. Bid cannot be placed. [-X But i am allowed to sell parts :?:
