Is it really some sort of Mills mech as the seller claims? What model did this come out of? Maybe I don't get around much, but I simply don't recognize this thing at all...

This guy has 14 feedback as a seller ... and 3 of those are negative (2 of which say he never shipped). Better to run for the hills rather than buy from him.
