Looks like it could be a Sega machine and not Mills. You can't tell without closer mech pictures. It does however have no jackpot. Attendant would pay $7.50.

The wood base and sides do not look right to me.

I also think the handle is wrong.

I agree with WatlingBoy that it could be a Sega (Japanese) machine.

I think it is over priced.
