Beware the Brown Front

There is currently this Brown front on flebay; title is "Vintage Slot Machine"
The current bid is $830 plus shipping ($9.25); with 2 bidders.

If you are one of the bidders or are thinking about it, proceed with caution;
Zero feedback; seller does not respond to questions.
Before it was listed, the "owner' of this machine contacted me by phone trying to sell it (from an ad that I have on Craigslist).
He knows very little about slots; supposedly inherited it.
Listing shows location in Florida; he gave me 2 different central Florida cities where I could come see it.
His cell phone indicated Indiana; when I tried to make an appointment to have a look, he did not answer or return my calls.

Perhaps he was just trying to see what I would pay for it, or maybe it is stolen or some other scam; Buyer Beware.

I believe this same individual has a Pace Bantam for sale on Craigslist for $500. The Number has an 812-area code. Listed in Daytona Beach area. The Bursting Cherry is listed right next to the Pace both have the same ph #.

You are correct; same guy; he also tried to sell me the Bantam (fishing for prices?).
The Craigslist ad shows him in a third city, all in central Florida.

I too emailed him and told him I live in New Smyrna Beach where the listing showed where he was from and gave my address, I asked to come by and take a look, and no response. Well the bursting cherry on ebay just sold for 1200 bucks with 12 bucks shipping, I hope the winning bidder gets the machine and not scammed.

This is funny;
Auction ended on march 19th; since no feedback had been posted and I had the seller's phone number, I gave him a call to see if he still had the machine.
No answer, but I got this text back shortly after I called:
"Seth is in jail at the moment and won't get out for another 2 months."

Does anyone know his last name and where he lived? With some digging you might find out why he is locked up.

Having his phone number would be a great way to start!
