HELP!! Can you ID this machine?

Any help identifying this machine would be greatly appreciated. I was told it may have been used in a private club.

Can't say I have any solid information for you but it looks 'homemade' or an assemblage of repurposed components, like you said...maybe from a private club. The metal bonnet/shroud with siren light reminds me of the signal lanterns at the airport baggage claim. Will be interesting to see if anyone knows more!
