Can anyone identify this early trade stimulator?

Someone asked me to identify this machine and perhaps assign a value. I'm assuming it's called Three of a Kind. Any other info, ie manufacturer, age, value would be appreciated.

From the "For Amusement Only" book on page 73: This is a "Three Jackpot Counter Pocket" coin drop made by C.C. Clawson, 1893-1902. The picture doesn't show the bars on the top, but the text says "Later versions had a slam bar to prevent extra payoffs; also, a bar at the top tat you could move nickels back and forth with."

Value in the book is $1200 - $1600 in the updated 2001 price guide.
