Hound and Hare Conversion Front

Postby tsparts4u » Fri Sep 13, 2019 2:53 pm

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone on the forum might have a conversion front Hound and Hare machine with an award card. This is an FOK style casting.
If possible, I need a picture of the award card and some dimensions so I can reproduce this card for someone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Can you post a pic of it? I have some rough cards, maybe we can help each other. Later Jim

Jerry I think the bottom pic is the same as mine. It's on plain paper and if I remember correct will need retouching. Do you have a way to retouch cards? I may have another partial which could be used if needed. Let me know what your thinking. By the way nice hound n hare looks like mine, with award card issues.

Hi Jim,
What I need to make a new award card, are sizes of the 3 openings, the width of the spacing between the openings, and the wording
on the bar symbols. The rest of it I'm pretty sure I can duplicate. However, a copy of an original would be even better to work with. Even if it it would be on plain paper, and folded to fit in a regular envelope.

Jerry I found the ones I have that need retouching and I have one more but I think it's worse they are all water stained. So I can send exact size copies of these to you. Two are FOK style and the small one is standard type. Can you get them retouched so they look better? If so let me know and we can go from there. Later Jim

Hi Jim,
That's great news! I believe that we can help each other out.
I don't actually have that machine. I recently received a request from someone that needed that award card, and I didn't have it.

My info.....

Jerry Did you say you can retouch the award cards? If so I will send you laser copies of the 3 I have if you could send me 3 retouched ones back. Later Jim

Jerry Anything that improves on these is a good thing. Keep extras for yourself as there are more out there than you think. About 7 in my area alone. Thanks send them out by Wed. Later Jim
