Starting with the case assemblies. Definitely need new jackpot glass!

Front lock for hand-loading the jackpot appears to be a later addition, as there is a jackpot loading chute on the inside.
Jackpot assembly may have been modified to accommodate it. Getting rid of the front lock so I may need a new jackpot as well!

So glad Chicagoland is less than two weeks away!

Those payout slides look kinda short for a fifty cent machine. Maybe a foreign coin conversion. Looks like a pretty short stack. Don't look to be 20 coins high.

. . . here's a close up of the slides. That's a stack of twenty half dollars to the left:

The part of the platform that you have the halves stacked, is lower than where the slides are. Also, don't forget
about the safety slide. Your best test, is to load up the tube & slides, and play the machine. Stop the clock, and
set each payout line. If you have a set of English penny slides, it will start to short the payouts after the 2 Cherry.

I believe soaking the jp glass in white vinegar (sealed container) for some time ,will clean up the glass. it interacts with the glue between the glass & clears it up.
Verification on this Please ! (or it's Ammonia). sorry ,brain all mushy.......

There appears to be a 1/4 inch shim on top of the payout slide posts. I believe the posts themselves should be the height of the 20 coins. Slides maybe correct though with that shim in there.

OldSlotMan / SlotDynasty -- thanks for pointing this out. Just tested . . . ALL payouts are correct!
Jackpot dumped twenty coins, and the top slide retracted as well (foto).

Hi Jeff
Use Acetone with the glass in a sealed container , and wait that the glue are dissolved .This take a long time but really more fast if you put the sealed container in a Ultrasonic tank (no Acetone in the ultrasonic tank !! Water in the tank but keep the acetone in the sealed container ) !
This operation separate the two glass ,but as this , you can keep the original glass .
