Unusual Mills Extraordinary reel strips - ID/Info?

Does anyone have any info on the reel strips (and award card) on this Mills Extraordinary? I've owned this machine for probably 15 years and I've never seen these reel strips anywhere else. The reel strips are numbered; 295-1 5-13-33 1,500 (also 295-2 and 295-3). I'd love to find a replacement award card if anyone knows where I might source one too.
