Reno to Tahoe- any suggestions on places to see?

Hello, I am hoping to go to Lake Tahoe via Reno and was wondering if anyone knows of places to stop and see with antique slot machines for sale or? along the way! I am also interested in seeing figure slots if anyone knows of places that would have them.

Be sure to stop at the Nevada State Museum in Carson City. They have a Charles Fey exhibit with a lot of nice machines.

Thanks bakerb95619, I heard about that but I wasn't sure where the collection was. That will be a for sure!

Any other info would be greatly appreciated even if it is a little past Lake Tahoe!

Nothing that I know of until Placerville and Sacramento, and not sure of any slot-related places there either. Amador City has a nice little shop with a few machines, but it's about 50 miles south of Placerville Hwy 49.
